Basic orientation of the company
Maintain the quality management system and continuously develop it. See to it that the quality management system policy becomes the basis for the actions and behaviour of the company’s employees in ensuring the quality of all activities. Achieve a state where VVUÚ will be evaluated by its business partners as an excellent and reliable supplier in engineering manufacturing, testing activities, risk analysis and inspection activities, and in the purchase and sale of safety equipment and products for mining operations.
Management involvement
Company management fully identifies with the requirements of standards ISO 9001:2015 and EN ISO 3834-2:2021, i.e. with the principles of the effective implementation and continuous improvement of process management affecting the quality of the product. The chairman of the board of directors is responsible for creating the organizational, personnel and financial resources needed for the implementation, maintenance and development of the quality management system. The division heads are responsible for the quality of the manufacturing and services provided, for the implementation and development of the quality management system. Company management conducts a regular review of the management system, sets the quality goals for maintaining and continuously improving the quality management system.
Employee engagement
Maintaining and developing the quality management system is the task of all employees of the company. The activities of company employees are focused primarily on ensuring the quality of products and services, with an emphasis on prevention and on the timely implementation of corrective measures.
Customer relationship
The main goal of the company is a satisfied customer. Achieving this state is the main motive of all company activities. The company’s intention is to create and maintain its good reputation with regards to quality, prices and delivery times. The good reputation of the company is the basis for successfully going up against the competition, the basis for achieving prosperity.
Relationship to suppliers
High quality products and services depend on good suppliers. That is why we build and grow a network of suppliers capable of ensuring high quality deliveries. Our subcontractors play a significant role in creating the quality of the products we provide, in the compliance of our environmental management system and occupational health and safety management system, and that is why we nurture our active and consistent cooperation in clarifying the mutual requirements for delivered products.
Relationship to our employees
Company management provides effective assistance in the education, training and coaching of our employees so that they are able to meet all the requirements of this quality management system policy. Company management motivates employees to meet these requirements and to develop the quality management system.
